Challenges
When we design products for simplicity, can we also create new experiences for use?
When we design products to pursue new experiences, can we give users a sense of nostalgia?
What if HITACHI home appliance designs were timeless?

The project is in cooperation with Johnson Controls- Hitachi (Taiwan). The goal of the project was to design a home air conditioning product for (emotional) durability.
Among the nostalgic and retro products, the cassette player is definitely one of the classic products from the 70s to 90s.
What would it be like to combine the classic elements of a cassette player with an air purifier?
Bringing more sensory experience to the user is the value proposition of the product.
